Smarthomes is a full-service homebuilding brand. We have a specialised in-house team of Design & drafties, Project coordinators, Estimating & Construction Team & Custom Home Sales & Marketing specialists. We also liaise closely with Planning Consultants, Engineers, Building & Land Surveyors, Interior designers and Developers…heck, we’ll even call your mum if we need to.
In other words, we put the hard yards in for our clients to make homebuilding for them as easy as possible! We know building a home is a massive deal, which is why we’re prepared to strap in with you, work hard and guide you through all the decisions big or small. We will sail the ship for you so you can have the clarity to visualise the path ahead. We only ever want to build a small number of homes a year so we can make them the best in the business. When it comes to great homes the key is the quality of workmanship, which is why our crew and the tradespeople we work with have been carefully selected.
As accredited professionals, we take responsibility for all aspects of our projects, from initial design and fit-out to installation.
