Retaining storm water on site? why not make it a feature?

If the shires storm water drains are insufficient they will require you to retain some storm water drainage on site before discharging it to the drains. If this is the case and depending on how much need’s to be retained, you might be able to kill two birds with one stone and have a big tank, you would allocate 2,500 litres for the toilet flushing systems to comply with a building regulation that states you need solar HWS or Tank for the toilets and the rest will store some water to satisfy the council.
If this is the case make it a feature.
